Ben co-founded Workey in 2014, together with Amichai Schreiber, with the vision and passion of bringing data science to the recruitment world, helping candidates and employers meet faster and better. Ben was a team leader in an elite technological intelligence unit in the IDF, and brings his entrepreneurial and technological experience from the years spent there and at XIV, a storage startup (acquired by IBM). Ben is a people person, with a special knack for turning visions into reality, through his technical and managerial background. Ben holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC), Herzliya.
