Yaron's experience spans key strategic roles in the high-tech industry. He started his career leading teams implementing ERP software and following his MBA, had moved on to advise high-tech companies on strategic initiatives including scores of successful mergers and acquisitions and capital raising transactions. Many of these were cross border and involved some of the biggest names in the tech world such as Microsoft, SAP, Oracle, AOL, Cisco, Qualcomm, Avid and Amdocs among others. Yaron worked in the following investment banking firms: Morgan Stanley, Lehman Brothers and Ridgecrest Capital Partners. Prior to that, Yaron served three years in an elite Army Intelligence unit of the Israeli Defense Force. He holds a double-major undergraduate degree in Economics and Computer Science from Tel Aviv University, and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University. Yaron is a Board Member of the Bay Area Outreach and Recreation Program (BORP), a non-profit focused on improving the lives of disabled kids and adults through sport activities and is the Chairman of the Mobile and Internet committee of the California Israel chamber of commerce. In his spare time, Yaron, who resides in Marin County enjoys tennis, skiing, sailing, biking, international travel and cooking as well as spending quality time with his wife and three boys.
